Scenario
You are a trainer employed by a dental hygiene company and you have been asked to design and deliver training for the mouthwash-testing lab. The employees that will attend the training are responsible for testing the mouthwash that the company manufactures. An essential task to their job function is to fold the paper cups that they use to test the mouthwash. If the cup is folded improperly there are several negative impacts to the quality test process.
Your Task
