IT Project Selected:
Implement an online workflow system for use by all departments in the organization to enable routing and approval of controls to replace existing paper based systems, such as expense reporting, vacation requests, new hire approvals, etc.
The paper should address the elements below:
- Describe how the scope a technology solution satisfies for a critical function of the organization
- Solution must many portions of the firm, including customers
- Scope of solution requires multiple skills to implement, including technologists, functional experts, and other skills indicated by nature of solution
- Include a web interface in the solution that can be used on multiple client devices and browsers
- Describe the system functions and different types of users with indication of how users will use the system to perform their jobs
- Describe the technology environment including whether the technology structure is on-premises or on-cloud, and the hardware
